top Cotton On, skirt LuLus, shoes Charlotte Russe, cuff bracelet Forever 21

Fall has arrived and I'm so excited! I love the way the leaves start falling and the temperature starts dropping, which leads to the scarfs and the cozy sweater wearing...But! Since I live in southern Texas, all my scarfs and sweaters have to stay in back of my closet for now. That is why I'm still settling for this slouchy white sleeveless top. But that's alright because I'm still getting into the spirit by wearing it with this burgundy colored envelope skirt. I'm swooning over the origami-like design of an envelope skirt and it seems like every year burgundy is the go-to color for autumn. I even wore a matching bold lip to go with it! This is the perfect summer to fall outfit for me as I eagerly wait for my local weather man to inform me that a cold front is on its way.

Happy fall season everyone! I hope you're feeling it more than I am right now! What are some of your favorite things about fall?

I'm obsessed with nail polish. If you know me then you know that I rarely leave my nails bare, but recently I haven't had the time to get a manicure. Thankfully, I was sent two boxes of press on nails from imPRESS and I have to say, I'm impressed! Lol! But really though, they are holding up pretty good while looking almost like gel nails and I loooove me some gel nails!
I was sent two boxes in harmlem shake and ecstatic cling. I chose to wear harlem shake because they looked the most natural and I love the glitter accent nail. The box came with instructions, a cleansing cloth and a nail file but I decided to use my own nail file. After washing my hands, I filed my nails down then cleansed my nails of any extra oils with the provided cleansing cloth. If you want the press on nails to last a little longer, stay away from any oil products while wearing them, especially around your cuticle because oil breaks down the glue.
Next I went through the package (each box came with 24 nails) and picked out the press on nails that fit my natural nails the best. The nails come in all sizes. I usually go with the smallest nails because that's what fits mine the best. After I'm done picking the fake nails out, I simply peel the backing off and press it down on my nail. No drying time, no mess and really quick and easy!
The last thing I like to do is file the fake nails a little, this helps to blend them in better. I also recommend filing the sides of the nails if the press on's are too wide for your finger.
It's been a whole week and my nails are still intact. If you don't have time to get a manicure or paint your nails, pick up a box of imPRESS nails so you can always have them ready. You can purchase them at Walgreens for $7.99 also check them out at

When I first opened the palette I immediately thought, "this is definitely a Vegas Nay palette!" With all the stunning shimmers and gorgeous matte colors to go with the shimmers, this just screams Vegas Nay and I can tell she put a lot of thought when creating this palette. I also really appreciate the nicely slim packaging! All the colors are gorgeous, they blend good, they go together and I can see myself using each one. I love the pigmentation of the shades such as, Golden Nugget and Showgirl - their color pay off is amazing! The only color I was disappointed in was the shade, "Follow Me." I found that it wasn't as opaque as the rest of the shades. Overall this is a great palette, you can purchase this palette at or in stores at Ulta on 9/6.
